How to Return or Exchange
- Request a Return – Email [your email] with your order number and reason. If eligible, we’ll provide return authorization.
- Ship the Item – Send the item within 7 days of approval. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Processing & Refund – Returns are processed in 5-7 business days after receipt. Refunds go to the original payment method or store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges depend on stock availability. If unavailable, store credit or a refund will be issued.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- Report issues within 48 hours of delivery.
- We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
